Justin Marriott leverages over 30 years of experience in the sports industry to drive growth and enhance organizational effectiveness. As the CEO of True Balance Sports Consulting Group, Justin provides strategic advisory services in operations, consulting, and events management for sports organizations and businesses. 

His expertise spans Sports Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Sports Events & Operations, working with prominent entities like US Sports Camps/Nike Soccer Camps, PDA Soccer (NJ), Apollo (Sports Management Software), TEG Pty Limited, Amore Sports Management, and EDP Soccer. He’s recently completed projects that included integral roles with T20 World Cup USA cricket, and Manchester United FC’s 2024 US tour.

In addition to his consulting role, Justin serves on the Board of Directors for F.E.A.T. Network and ME Footy (UWS), a women-led semi-professional soccer team in Maine, where he contributes to strategic decision-making and organizational development.

Previously, as Vice President of Youth Soccer for the NWSL’s NJNY Gotham FC, Justin played a key role in expanding the club’s presence in the youth soccer community. He facilitated group ticket sales, secured paid partnerships, and spearheaded community engagement through camps and events. Notably, he was instrumental in designing and implementing Gotham FC’s youth and player development platform.

Before his tenure at Gotham FC, Justin provided operations and events management advisory services to various national and global sports organizations. His work with Vogelsinger & Nike Soccer Camps and the Chevrolet Youth Sports Tour is particularly noteworthy, where he directed over 60 youth clinics across 18 states.

Justin’s expertise extends beyond operations and events management; he has a strong track record in fiscal oversight. Since 2020, he’s managed the operations and administration of two regions for PDA Soccer in New Jersey, demonstrating his ability to drive financial performance while maintaining operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Justin spent two decades at USA Sports Group, overseeing operations and administrative functions for an organization with 250 employees. His leadership in integrating scheduling software, acquiring a 12,000-square-foot office, and managing the scheduling of over 150 athletic coaches significantly improved the organization’s efficiency and service delivery.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Sports Science from Liverpool John Moores University and a postgraduate degree in Education from Loughborough University of Technology, UK. His deep industry knowledge, passion for sports, and commitment to developing future leaders make him an invaluable asset to any sports investment fund.
